1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Danish consumer protection law (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, physically receives the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You can do this by contacting us at:

Your withdrawal statement should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your order number or date of order
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract
  • The date of withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product seal must not be broken (for hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit during the return.

5. Effects of Withdrawal — Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned product, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is earlier.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at write-to-us@fryxarinkroz.world with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products in accordance with your statutory rights under Danish and EU consumer law.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

8. Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Danish consumer law. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have the right to claim remedies for defective products for up to 2 years from the date of delivery.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your return, you may contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus) at naevneneshus.dk, or use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to This Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
